Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Éclatan tanning products. If something isn't right with your order, here is how returns and refunds work.

1. Returns within 7 days

You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, as long as it is:

  • unopened, unused and still sealed in its original packaging,
  • returned with any free gifts that came with the order,
  • accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

2. Opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of tanning oil, tanning wax, after-sun spray or any other tanning or skincare product once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or used. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, faulty or wrong (see section 3).

3. Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.

4. Skin sensitivity

Please read the ingredients before use and do a small patch test on your skin 24 hours before applying a product for the first time. Stop using the product if irritation occurs. If you have a reaction, contact us and we will do our best to help.

5. How to start a return

  1. Email us at store@eclatan.sa with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and send you the return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely so it can't leak or break, and send it back as instructed.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

6. Return shipping costs

  • If the item is damaged, leaking, expired or wrong: return shipping is free.
  • If you changed your mind: the return shipping cost is paid by you.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

To exchange a sealed product for a different one, contact us and we will arrange it for you, or return it following the steps above and place a new order.
