Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to every visit to and purchase from eclatan.sa ("the Store"), operated by Éclatan in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the Store

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to show products, colours and descriptions accurately. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Products marked "Used" are pre-owned and are described with their condition on the product page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to the other countries shown at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates. Please check your order on arrival and tell us about any problem as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product use

Please read the instructions and ingredients before using any product. Tanning products should be used as directed; do a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for harm caused by using a product other than as directed.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including the Éclatan name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
